Our motorcycle warranty options are designed to give you confidence long after you ride away. At Motorbikes 4 All in Newent, we offer added reassurance on new and used bikes, helping riders across Gloucestershire enjoy worry free ownership with clear, reliable cover.
Used bike warranty
When you purchase a used motorcycle from Motorbikes 4 All in Newent, you receive a three month warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated on your order form or clearly confirmed during the purchase process. This provides added reassurance and reflects our commitment to supplying quality used bikes to riders across Gloucestershire and beyond.
The standard used bike warranty covers faults that occur within three months of purchase or within 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. This allows you to ride away with confidence, knowing support is in place should an issue arise.
Extended warranty options
For additional peace of mind, extended warranties are available through Warranty First. These policies offer longer term cover and higher claim limits, helping protect you against unexpected repair costs after the standard warranty period has ended.
Extended warranty options include a three month standard return to base warranty, as well as Silver, Gold, and Platinum cover levels, offering protection for up to 36 months depending on the package selected. Full details of cover levels and suitability can be discussed with our team before purchase.
What is covered
Extended warranties cover a wide range of mechanical and electrical components. This may include major systems such as the engine, braking system, clutch, gearbox and transmission, fuel and ignition systems, suspension, cooling system, electrics, ECUs and onboard computers. Coverage is designed to support normal road use and provide reassurance throughout ownership.
Optional roadside assistance is also available, with cover lengths ranging from zero to three years. This can be added to your warranty package for additional convenience and peace of mind.
Important warranty information
The standard used bike warranty does not apply to motorcycles sold as trade sales or for spares or repair. Wear and tear items such as oil changes, brake pads, chains, sprockets, and tyres are not covered, as used motorcycles will naturally show signs of use depending on age and mileage.
We always aim to describe our motorcycles accurately and transparently. We encourage all customers to inspect their bike on collection or delivery and raise any concerns promptly. Any warranty work must be authorised by Motorbikes 4 All in advance, as costs incurred without approval cannot be covered.
The warranty may be invalid if faults are not reported promptly, if the bike is involved in an accident, subjected to negligence, modified without manufacturer approval, or not maintained in line with guidance provided at handover. Responsibility for returning the motorcycle to us for warranty work remains with the customer.
Please note that used off road motorcycles, including enduro, trail, and motocross bikes, do not include a standard three month warranty due to their intended use. Warranty options may still be available, so please speak to our team for further details. Exclusions may apply. Full warranty terms can be discussed in store at our Newent showroom.
Motorbikes 4 All authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit (our FRN is 719548 register.fca.org.uk). As an FCA-regulated credit broker we can introduce you to a selected group of lenders (a list is available on request) who may be able to help you finance your purchase. This group of lenders provides us with a range of products which may be suitable for your purchase (subject to status) we will explain the key features of those products to you. We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services. We may receive a payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them, typically either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The payment we receive may vary between finance providers and product types. The payment received does not impact the finance rate offered. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed
