Reassurance on the state of the Motorcycle Industry
22/07/2026To be honest, we didn't want to make another post about the Superbike Factory situation. Hundreds of people have lost their jobs, customers and suppliers have been left in difficult situations and the industry has lost another player.
From our side of things, the news has found us facing the same question across countless phone calls, emails and comments -
"If I buy or sell with you, how do I know the same thing won't happen?"
The first thing we should say, is that businesses across all industries can be vulnerable to external factors such as economic shifts, evolving trends, politics and much more. However, we've always tried to build our business in a way that makes it as resilient as possible, and here's how:
Firstly, there's our showroom - we own it. That means no landlord, no rent increases, and full control over our premises.
Then there are the bikes.
Every one of the 500+ used motorcycles in our showroom is owned outright by Motorbikes 4 All. We don't rely on stocking finance for our used bike inventory, which gives us greater control over the business.
The same approach applies to how we've grown.
Over the last 16 years, we've expanded considerably, but steadily, and choosing to operate from a single site keeps our overheads under control and allows us to focus on long-term, sustainable growth.
We hope that this insight gives you some confidence in buying from us or selling to us.
